- Absolutely No nudity. You will be banned.

- By using a webcam you give consent for others to watch what is displayed on it.
- Playing any type of video or displaying photos of others across your web cam is prohibited.
- Use of ALL CAPITALS, aLtErNaTe capitalization and ugly fonts is discouraged.
- Only general non-explicit user names are permitted.
- No spamming, flooding, trolling or racist comments.
- Do not clone or try to impersonate another user.
- Do not post anything about other chat sites.
No looping/recorded webcam streams.
Do not post personal information.
- These chat rooms are moderated by "Moderators". They are here to help you so please don't feel that you can't ask them for help. Moderators decisions are to be considered as "Final".

you wish to register your Chat Name you must join the 321
Chat Forum. The user name you create will also be your Lively Chat
login info. But of course there is no need to register to chat in our
clean chat rooms. If you wish, you can always chat as a guest by clicking
the guest checkbox.
