13+ years old for the teen webcam chat and 18+ for the adult webcam chatroom.
- By using a webcam you give consent for others to watch what is displayed on it.
- Playing any type of video or displaying photos of others across your web cam is prohibited.
- Use of ALL CAPITALS, aLtErNaTe capitalization and ugly fonts is discouraged.
- Only general non-explicit user names are permitted.
- No spamming, flooding, trolling or racist comments.
- Do not clone or try to impersonate another user.
- Do not post anything about other chat sites.
- No looping/recorded webcam streams.
- Do not post personal information.
- No illegal activities are allowed on webcams, including smoking, alcohol and drugs. You may be disconnected.
- These chat rooms are moderated by "Moderators". They are here to help you so please don't feel that you can't ask them for help. Moderators decisions are to be considered as "Final".
- Chat Moderators may kick you out of the room as a warning or permanently ban you, for but not limited to any of the rules listed above.
- The
chat is not monitored 100% of the time but should a moderator
log on while you are breaking the rules you are subject to be
banned without a warning. (Moderators can be invisible; just because
you do not see them does not mean they are not there)
- Although these rules cover the most general situations, they can not cover everything, therefore 321 Lively Chat Moderators have the permission to take any action that's necessary to ensure 321Lively is not disrupted.

- Claiming to be a member of staff when you're really not is completely against the rules. Making names to make it seem like you're a staff member (including color changes), is also against the rules. This rule has no warning, and is a permanent ban when not followed.
